Pricing
Plans priced for firms your size.
Three monthly plans, one one-time option — built for project-based firms of 10–250 people that need finance leadership without hiring a full-time CFO. No long contracts, no setup fees.
Compare the monthly plans
Every plan starts with the same foundation — your project data, reviewed and modeled properly — and builds from there. Pick the level of leadership and cadence your firm needs right now; move between plans as you grow.

What each plan is for
Most firms can tell which tier fits them within five minutes. Here is the plain version.
Visibility — $3,000/mo
For firms that want clean numbers and a forecast they can trust. You get a 13-week cash forecast, a core monthly reporting pack, a KPI dashboard, and a quarterly profitability review — the fundamentals, done right, without a finance hire.
Advisory — $5,000/mo
For firms making real decisions: hiring, pricing, which projects to chase. Everything in Visibility, upgraded to a monthly cadence — monthly rolling forecast, expanded reporting with project-level margin, annual planning, and direct advisory access between meetings.
Strategic CFO — custom
For firms that need a finance leader in the room: board and lender reporting, scenario modeling, leadership sessions, and priority access. Scoped to your firm's complexity and priced to match. Talk to us and we'll build it together.
One-time projects
Not every firm needs an ongoing engagement. Sometimes there is one question to answer or one model to build — and it makes more sense to scope that as a project.
- Minimum engagement: $5,000 per project
- Hourly rate: $150–$199/hr for advisory time
Typical one-time projects include a project-profitability diagnostic across your active jobs, a standalone 13-week cash forecast build, a pricing or bid-review analysis, or an annual planning engagement you then run yourself. Projects are scoped in writing before work begins: what gets delivered, the timeline, and the fixed fee. If a project would be better served as a monthly plan, we'll tell you — and price the plan instead.
Frequently asked questions
How long do I have to commit?
All monthly plans are month-to-month. We ask for 30 days' notice to cancel so the current month's deliverables can be closed out cleanly — there are no annual contracts and no early-termination fees.
What does month-to-month mean in practice?
You pay a flat monthly fee for the plan you're on and can move up, down, or out with 30 days' notice. The 30-day window exists so reporting and forecasting in flight get finished and handed over properly — not to lock you in.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Everything listed in your plan: the rolling forecast, the 13-week cash forecast, the monthly reporting pack, the KPI dashboard, scheduled cadence meetings, and on-call decision support. One-time projects are scoped and billed separately.
How do the free toolkit templates fit with the paid plans?
The Finance Toolkit templates are free for everyone — they're a do-it-yourself starting point. The monthly plans are done-with-you: Mesfonic builds, maintains, and interprets the forecasts and reports with you, tailored to your firm's projects and billing.
What happens during onboarding?
Onboarding starts with a review of your chart of accounts, project data, backlog, and billing cycle, plus read-only access to your accounting system. Within the first month you get a baseline forecast, your first reporting pack, and a set reporting cadence. Most firms are fully up and running in four to six weeks.
Do you work with firms anywhere in the US?
Yes. Mesfonic works with project-based firms across the US. Everything is delivered remotely; meetings run on a fixed cadence that fits your schedule.
