Free 30-minute call
Book a Free FP&A Assessment
Thirty minutes with a finance advisor who knows project economics. We'll look at where your firm stands on cash flow, project margins, and reporting — and give you an honest read on what to fix first. No pitch, no obligation.
What the assessment covers
This isn't a sales call with a script. It's a working conversation about your firm's finances:
- Cash visibility. How far ahead can you see your cash position today? We'll talk through your billing rhythm, payroll timing, and whether a rolling forecast would change your decisions.
- Project margins. Do you know which projects made money last quarter? We'll discuss how you track project economics now and where the blind spots usually hide.
- Reporting and planning. What does leadership see each month — and is it forward-looking? We'll assess whether your current reporting drives decisions or just documents history.
- Your biggest finance question. Pricing a big proposal? Timing a hire? Worried about a thin quarter? Bring it — that's what the call is for.
You'll leave with a clear opinion: what to fix first, and whether a Mesfonic engagement is the right way to fix it. If it's not, we'll tell you that too.

Before you book
Is this really free? What's the catch?
Really free. The assessment is how we start relationships — by being useful first. Some firms become clients; many don't. Either way you leave with a clearer picture of your finance function.
Who will I talk to?
A finance advisor from Mesfonic — someone with real FP&A experience in project-based industries, not a sales rep. The person on the call is the kind of person who'd do the work.
What should I prepare?
Nothing required, but the call is better with context: a recent P&L, your current month-end report, or just the two or three finance questions keeping you up at night. Reply to the confirmation email with whatever you have.
I'm not sure I'm the right size for this.
The assessment is for project-based firms roughly 10 to 250 people. If you're smaller or larger, book anyway — we'll tell you honestly whether the fit is there.
What happens after the call
Within a day or two, you'll get a short written summary: what we saw, what we'd fix first, and whether a Mesfonic engagement fits. If it does, we'll point you to the right tier — Visibility, Advisory, or Strategic CFO — and outline what the first 90 days would look like. If it doesn't fit, we'll say so plainly and suggest what to do instead.
There's no proposal pressure and no follow-up sequence. One conversation, one honest summary. Most firms know by the end of the call whether they want to continue — and if the timing isn't right, the assessment summary stays useful whenever you're ready.
